Product Lead, Marketplace Pricing

Shape the marketplace pricing systems and operational economics behind Zipline's autonomous delivery network.

What the role actually is

Zipline is hiring an individual-contributor product lead to work on the marketplace economics behind its drone delivery network. The role connects engineering, design, operations, commercial teams, and customer experience around pricing, dispatch logic, supply and demand systems, data, and operator workflows.

The posting is less about a conventional SaaS surface and more about product decisions that affect real-world delivery execution at scale.

What you would work on

  • Identify user pain points and operational inefficiencies in Zipline's delivery marketplace
  • Partner with engineering, operations, commercial, sales, and leadership on pricing and workflow priorities
  • Shape roadmaps across marketplace systems, customer interfaces, and operational tooling
  • Use qualitative field insight and operational data to guide experimentation and rollout plans

What they are asking for

  • Product experience with marketplace, logistics, fulfillment, operational, or workflow-heavy software
  • Technical fluency and comfort collaborating with software engineers on tradeoffs and system design
  • Experience working directly with operators, customers, or frontline users
  • Strong systems thinking around user experience, economics, and operational constraints

Why this one is worth a look

Zipline's product work has to balance user workflows, fleet operations, and marketplace economics in a physical delivery network. That makes this a strong robotics product role even though the job is centered on pricing: the product decisions directly shape how autonomous delivery is dispatched, measured, and scaled.
