Senior Technical Program Manager - Robotics

Drive software program execution for Pickle's autonomous warehouse robotics platform across robotics, firmware, hardware, and deployment.

What the role actually is

Pickle Robot is hiring a senior TPM inside its software engineering organization. The role coordinates software initiatives for autonomous warehouse robots, with close ties to robotics, firmware, hardware, product, manufacturing, and deployment teams.

This is a hands-on execution role for getting warehouse robot software shipped cleanly. The person would keep roadmaps, sprint plans, releases, risks, and cross-functional dependencies moving in the same direction.

What you would work on

  • Lead planning and delivery for software programs across Pickle's robotics platform
  • Coordinate robotics, firmware, hardware, product, manufacturing, and deployment work
  • Identify technical risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs before they block delivery
  • Improve release planning, roadmap reviews, sprint planning, and program reviews

What they are asking for

  • Senior technical program management experience with software-heavy technical products
  • Strong technical foundation, ideally from software engineering or close engineering partnership
  • Ability to bring structure to startup programs with changing priorities
  • Comfort working onsite with robotics, hardware, product, and deployment teams

Why this one is worth a look

Pickle's product lives in production warehouses, where software quality shows up as throughput and downtime rather than abstract metrics. This role is useful for someone who wants robotics program work close to real deployment pressure.
