Sr Product Designer

What the role actually is

Amazon Robotics is hiring a senior product designer for experiences that span workstation screens, physical cues, and the spatial flow of fulfillment-center work. The role is about making robot-supported workflows legible, safe, and efficient for people whose attention and body are already in motion.

This is a UX role with real field exposure. The designer is expected to study associates on warehouse floors, map service journeys, and translate those findings into interaction models, reusable patterns, and roadmap guidance.

What you would work on

• Design workstation interfaces and physical affordances such as visual, auditory, and haptic guidance
• Map end-to-end service journeys across screens, body posture, ergonomics, and task transitions
• Lead contextual research with product partners in fulfillment-center environments
• Partner with hardware, software, product, industrial design, and operations teams on coherent touchpoints
