What the role actually is

Collaborative Robotics is hiring a staff TPM to lead software program execution for Proxie. The role covers the software that makes the robot localize, perceive, navigate, behave around people, and operate as a fleet.

This is a senior coordination role for integrated robot product work. It is meant for someone who can create plans, force clarity on tradeoffs, and keep software delivery tied to the needs of the physical robot.

What you would work on

• Lead end-to-end software programs for current and future Proxie robots
• Coordinate autonomy, robot behavior, fleet-management, hardware, and customer operations work
• Create execution plans that balance scope, timing, resources, and technical risk
• Keep leadership and cross-functional teams aligned on release decisions

What they are asking for

• Staff-level technical program management experience in robotics, AI, or complex software
• Ability to lead cross-functional robot product programs from planning through delivery
• Strong judgment around software dependencies, release risk, and stakeholder tradeoffs
• Comfort working onsite with engineering and customer-facing teams

Why this one is worth a look

This is the more senior version of Collaborative Robotics' software TPM track. The interesting part is that the software is not an abstract platform; it is the behavior layer for a robot intended to share space with people.
