Product Manager

Turn customer-site feedback into product strategy, requirements, and launch plans for Bear's hospitality robot fleet.

What the role actually is

Bear Robotics is hiring a product manager in Redwood City for its hospitality robot products. The role owns product strategy, requirements, roadmap priorities, launch planning, and post-launch feedback loops across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer teams.

This is a field-aware product job: the person is expected to visit customer sites, observe real robot usage, and turn that feedback into clearer product decisions.

What you would work on

  • Build and refine product roadmaps for Bear's service robot portfolio
  • Translate user research, customer-site observations, and usage data into product requirements
  • Prioritize features by business value, user impact, and technical feasibility
  • Coordinate launches and adoption work with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer teams

What they are asking for

  • Product management experience with robotics, hardware systems, or similarly technical products
  • Ability to gather user requirements and translate them into clear specifications
  • Comfort working in dynamic customer environments and visiting customer sites
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional product execution skills

Why this one is worth a look

Hospitality robots live or die by whether they fit smoothly into noisy, people-heavy service environments. This role is interesting because it puts customer observation and user-centered product work directly into the roadmap loop, rather than treating deployment feedback as a support-only concern.
