Product Manager, Supply Chain Systems

Own the systems, data models, and workflow surfaces that help Applied's supply chain scale across hardware and software programs.

What the role actually is

Applied Intuition is hiring a product manager for the internal systems that run its supply chain. The role owns product direction for supplier management, logistics, trade compliance, data models, and the workflows that connect supply chain with finance, IT, legal, engineering, program management, and operations.

This is an internal tools role with direct leverage on physical AI delivery. The better the systems are, the easier it is for Applied to coordinate hardware, software, procurement, and compliance across fast-moving programs.

What you would work on

  • Own product direction for end-to-end supply chain systems and data
  • Define workflows and product surfaces for supplier management, logistics, and trade compliance
  • Turn supply chain complexity into clear data models, requirements, and prioritization
  • Partner with IT and cross-functional teams on system design and technical tradeoffs
  • Identify where AI and automation can replace manual operational process

What they are asking for

  • Supply chain systems experience across data, platforms, workflows, or internal tools
  • Ability to reason through system design, data models, and technical tradeoffs with IT
  • Experience shipping products that create measurable operational leverage
  • Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems, ideally including NetSuite or Zip
  • Strong written communication for requirements, prioritization, and product rationale

Why this one is worth a look

Robotics companies live or die on the boring systems behind the shiny demo: procurement, supplier workflows, logistics, compliance, and manufacturing coordination. This role is interesting because it brings product management discipline to the infrastructure that determines whether physical AI can actually scale.
