Product Manager, Manufacturing Orchestration and Observability

What the role actually is

Intrinsic is hiring a product manager to define how electronics factories can be dynamically orchestrated through intelligent software and automation. The role owns vision, roadmap, customer discovery, data strategy, and the translation of physical factory workflows into product requirements.

This is not a research job. It is a product strategy role for manufacturing software that sits close to robotics because Intrinsic's platform is meant to make industrial robots more accessible, usable, and economically deployable.

What you would work on

• Define the strategic vision for orchestration of electronics factory automation
• Translate partner and customer needs into a product roadmap
• Drive observability, data strategy, governance, and compliance decisions
• Map physical factory workflows into software logic and automation requirements

What they are asking for

• Product management experience with software in a manufacturing domain
• Knowledge of MES, ERP, fleet management, observability, or orchestration systems
• Ability to discover customer value and turn it into a shared roadmap
• Comfort briefing executives and representing the product internally and externally
