Senior Program Manager, Perception Data Operations

What the role actually is

Nuro is hiring a senior program manager for perception data operations in Mountain View. The team manages training and evaluation data across sensor modalities, translating perception roadmap needs into collection, labeling, vendor, and delivery plans.

This is not a classic product manager role, but it sits in a product-like coordination layer for autonomy: deciding what data is needed, when it is good enough, and how it supports model progress.

What you would work on

• Turn perception roadmap requirements into data collection and labeling plans
• Coordinate internal teams and external labeling partners against autonomy milestones
• Track quality, throughput, budget, and delivery risks for perception data programs
• Help perception teams get the evidence they need to improve and evaluate models
