Sr. Technical Program Manager, Hardware/Software Integration

Coordinate Serve's robot hardware, software, manufacturing test, and deployment programs for fleet upgrades and new features.

What the role actually is

Serve Robotics is hiring a senior TPM for hardware and software integration. The role coordinates technical projects that move across mechanical, electrical, embedded, systems, manufacturing, software, and operations teams.

The product surface is the deployed sidewalk delivery robot. This person would help plan robot upgrades, product-development processes, manufacturing test work, and new feature delivery across a distributed organization.

What you would work on

  • Plan and track hardware/software integration programs for Serve's delivery robots
  • Coordinate mechanical, electrical, embedded, systems, manufacturing, software, and operations teams
  • Improve hand-offs for components, robots, software, testing, and deployment
  • Identify roadblocks and process gaps in fleet upgrades and feature development

What they are asking for

  • Senior TPM experience with hardware/software products or robotics systems
  • Ability to understand technical systems deeply enough to spot integration risk
  • Strong cross-functional communication across engineering, manufacturing, and operations
  • Experience building repeatable processes for complex technical delivery

Why this one is worth a look

Serve is operating real sidewalk robots in multiple U.S. cities, so integration work has a direct path to the fleet. This is less about speculative robotics and more about making deployed robots improve without breaking the operating machine around them.
