Senior Technical Program Manager

What the role actually is

Agility Robotics is hiring a senior technical program manager in its operations program management group. The role leads programs across engineering, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and external partners as Agility scales production.

This is a product-adjacent operations program role for humanoid robotics. It is about making the engineering intent behind Digit's platform survive the operational reality of suppliers, factories, quality systems, and production cadence.

What you would work on

• Lead complex programs at the intersection of engineering, operations, and supply chain
• Build mechanisms that help Agility move from early-stage work to running production
• Coordinate supplier, procurement, manufacturing, quality, hardware, and product dependencies
• Track program risks and decisions that affect robot production scale
• Turn ambiguous operational needs into clear program plans and ownership
