Senior Technical Program Manager, Robot Skills Development

Lead execution for Agility's robot skills roadmap, balancing deployed customer needs with reusable humanoid capabilities.

What the role actually is

Agility is hiring a senior TPM embedded with the team that turns robot behaviors into reusable skills for Digit deployments. The role sits between product management, software, AI engineering, solutions engineering, and fleet orchestration.

This is product-adjacent program work rather than generic project tracking. The person would turn a robot skills roadmap into execution plans while balancing urgent deployment fixes against longer-term platform capabilities.

What you would work on

  • Translate the robot skills roadmap into milestones, scope, and delivery plans
  • Coordinate dependencies across robot software, AI engineering, solutions, and fleet orchestration teams
  • Balance near-term deployment needs with reusable manipulation, perception, and controls capabilities
  • Create operating structure for a team building adaptable robot behaviors

What they are asking for

  • Technical program management experience with complex software or robotics systems
  • Ability to work closely with product managers and senior engineering leaders
  • Comfort managing ambiguous dependencies across multiple technical teams
  • Judgment around tradeoffs between customer delivery and platform scaling

Why this one is worth a look

The interesting part is the productization problem: Agility has to turn individual humanoid behaviors into a library of skills that can survive real customer environments. A TPM in this seat helps decide how much of today's deployment pain becomes tomorrow's reusable robot capability.
