What the role actually is

Agility is hiring a senior TPM embedded with the team that turns robot behaviors into reusable skills for Digit deployments. The role sits between product management, software, AI engineering, solutions engineering, and fleet orchestration.

This is product-adjacent program work rather than generic project tracking. The person would turn a robot skills roadmap into execution plans while balancing urgent deployment fixes against longer-term platform capabilities.

What you would work on

• Translate the robot skills roadmap into milestones, scope, and delivery plans
• Coordinate dependencies across robot software, AI engineering, solutions, and fleet orchestration teams
• Balance near-term deployment needs with reusable manipulation, perception, and controls capabilities
• Create operating structure for a team building adaptable robot behaviors
