Sr Product Manager, Command and Field Operations

What the role actually is

Kodiak is hiring a senior product manager for the software used by its Command and Field Operations teams and customers. The work is about tools that help autonomous trucks operate safely and efficiently in the field.

The role is based in Lancaster, Texas and sits close to real deployment operations. It blends product management, logistics, autonomy operations, and internal-tool UX for teams that have to monitor, coordinate, and troubleshoot mission-critical freight work.

What you would work on

• Shape product direction for command-center and field-operations workflows
• Build tools for real-time operations, fleet efficiency, and logistics coordination
• Translate input from operations, engineering, and customers into product requirements
• Prioritize reliability, usability, and safety needs for autonomous-truck deployment
• Work between Kodiak's Lancaster and Mountain View teams on rollout and iteration

• Ability to work closely with engineering and frontline operations teams
• Strong instincts for internal tools, workflow design, and production support
