Staff Product Manager

What the role actually is

Kodiak is hiring a staff product manager to act as a senior individual contributor for its Level 4 autonomous trucking platform. The role is meant to own a critical product domain and influence product strategy across customer deployment and commercialization.

This is a high-leverage product role rather than a people-management role. The person is expected to set direction, align executives and cross-functional teams, and make product tradeoffs in a technically complex autonomy environment.
