What the role actually is

Kodiak is hiring a hardware technical program manager in Mountain View. The role owns planning and dependency tracking for hardware development across the company's industrial, over-the-road freight, and defense product lines.

This is not a classic product manager seat, but it is directly tied to product execution. The person would build roadmaps across engineering teams, manage hardware-platform integration, and keep development work aligned with program goals.
