Senior Product Manager

What the role actually is

Kodiak is hiring a senior product manager to own part of its Level 4 autonomous trucking product across customer applications. The role sits between autonomy, operations, business needs, and field deployment.

This is a product leadership role for a technical robotics system that has to work in real freight and defense contexts. The person is expected to manage the lifecycle of a product area, define priorities, and turn customer and operational feedback into roadmap decisions.

What you would work on

• Own the lifecycle and roadmap for a Level 4 autonomous trucking product area
• Translate customer, operations, and deployment needs into product requirements
• Partner with engineering, operations, safety, business, and customer-facing teams
• Use operational data and field feedback to prioritize product improvements
• Support autonomous-truck deployments across commercial and public-sector use cases

• Product management experience with technical software, hardware, or autonomy products
• Ability to work across engineering, operations, commercial, and customer teams
• Strong judgment around product tradeoffs, data, deployment readiness, and safety
• Comfort owning ambiguous product areas in a complex robotics environment
• Technical background or equivalent experience with autonomous systems or adjacent domains
